Warehouse & Purchasing Specialist - Aircraft maintenance (m/f/d)

Purpose ot the job:

• Goods receipt: Handle incoming materials, update material receipts, and perform physical inventories. Maintain all documentation related to import customs clearances to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Warehouse: Manage material movements, including incoming and outgoing goods. Keep inventory records up to date, perform regular physical inventories, and provide materials and tools needed for maintenance activities.
• Shipping: Prepare and dispatch shipments, including creating shipping documents and handling dangerous goods. Arrange transport with external companies, prepare export documents, and ensure all shipping activities are properly documented.
• Purchasing: Procure aircraft materials and repair services for aircraft components, ensuring the timely availability of all necessary resources to support maintenance and operations.
   

Experience, knowledge & skills:

• Completed vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialist
• Very good German skills and good English skils
• At least 5 years of professional experience in aircraft parts handling
• Good knowledge of MRO software/ AMOS
• Comfortable using computers and common office software
• Accurate and conscientious work
• Enjoyment of working in a team
• IATA DGR Certificate/Training
• Valid class B or III driving license
• Forklift license
• Physical resilience (lifting and carrying)
